Circuit training is a matrix system of resistance training combined with high-intensity aerobics. Apart from being a good calorie burner, ‘Circuit Training’ Programs are designed to target all fitness parameters and are meant mainly for intermediate to advanced participants. Programs are changed every session and differ in intensity in order to ensure a progressive system. If you’re after something different with good results, then circuit training is for you.
